RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS

Unused Products : We would love for our products to meet your expectations, but if they don't, please make sure the item you wish to return has not been used.

New Condition Items : We want to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. Therefore, we ask that any items you wish to return be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and seals intact.
Do not pack directly onto the items.

The return shipping cost for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands will be €4 if the initial order is over €59. If the initial order is under €59, the return shipping cost will be €7.90. This amount will be deducted from the total refund if you use our prepaid shipping label service. If you prefer to use another method to return the product, the cost will be that indicated by the shipping company and will not be associated with us.
